Three Bay Capital's investment strategy is concentrated on acquiring income-producing properties and well-positioned land parcels with retail and industrial development opportunities.  We look to identify assets with existing cash flow that generate consistent returns to investment partners. 

3BC targets assets across sectors such as logistic management (warehousing), energy services, home improvement, and convenience store sectors. Our tenants are Investment Grade credit as well as Nationally and Regionally recognzied brands.

3BC management will also identify strategic acquisition opportunities to enhance synergies across the platform. The management team views real estate as a natural bridge to enhance the firm's operating business strategy. 3BC will purchase real estate to assist in entering or scaling into new markets to enhance the value of our portfolio companies.
