 Scott is a Founding Partner and Managing Partner of Three Bay Capital. He has over 34 years of total experience with 17 of those years in corporate finance and strategic consulting and most recently over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate development. Scott has worked for well-known Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T, PepsiCo, and Deloitte & Touche Consulting, and for the past 17 years has led a private investment company focused on commercial real estate and venture capital projects.  Scott received his MBA from Saint Louis University, and an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Oklahoma.  

 Caleb is a Founding Partner of Three Bay Capital. He has over 7 years of total experience across the financial services sector. His previous role at Weild & Co., a boutique investment bank, focused on client mandates spanning sourcing capital, M&A advisory, and sell-side transactions. Engagements spanned across FinTech, Tech, Family Entertainment, B2B SaaS, and Media enterprises. Before joining Weild & Co., he worked in the commercial retail banking sector at Veritex Community Bank. Caleb received his MBA from Texas Christian University, and an undergraduate degree in law, justice, and society from Lipscomb University.
